Day 01 Arrive Chennai
Arrive Chennai. Visit the National Art Gallery and Museum (closed on Fridays) which has a selection of ancient paintings of almost all schools as well as a section devoted to modern Art, Fort St. George, once a stronghold of the British, the Fort Museum, St. Mary’s Church – the oldest Anglican Church in India. Drive along the Marina – the popular promenade and beach are one of the finest in India. Visit the San Thome Cathedral, supposed to have been erected by St. Thomas, the Mylapore Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and proceed for shopping if interested.
Day 02 Chennai / Tirupati
Drive to Tirupati to have Darshan of Lord Balaji.
Day 03 Tirupati / Puttaparthy
Drive to Puttaparthy, once a sparsely populated village, it has now shot to national and international fame due to the presence of Bhagavan Satya Sai Baba. Foreign and domestic devotees visit Baba seeking spiritual solace.
Day 04 Puttaparthy / Bangalore
Drive to Bangalore, the garden city and IT park. In the afternoon proceed for a half-day sightseeing of Bangalore. Visit Lal Bagh The Botanical Gardens, Fort & Tipu’s Palace, Bull temple, Vidhana Soudha and Arts & Crafts centre Emporium on MG Road.
Day 05 Bangalore Departure
Transfer to the Airport to connect to onward destination.
